The Edict Summer Internship Program is designed to provide Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and underrepresented students with paid, full-time 10-week internship opportunities in the clean energy and climate tech sector with companies and organizations that are actively building a diverse team and an inclusive working environment.
Each intern is paired with a host company and be a part of a cohort of young, diverse, emerging energy leaders. With training, mentorship, and career development, Edict matched interns and companies to drive diversity across the clean energy ecosystem.
MEI was thrilled to be paired with Tim Liu. Tim is a rising senior at Pomona College studying Politics. He is an avid fan of soup and enjoys playing D&D with his friends. This summer, Tim is looking forward to learning about how local policies impact energy developers and the market for clean energy.
Tim has been a tremendous asset for us so far and has not only worked in the areas of policy and market design, but also has been helpful with asset management.
