As a founder and former President of Sun Tribe Solar, a company responsible for proliferating the behind the meter solar market in Virginia over the last decade, Rich has overseen the deployment of over 50+ MW of public and private sector solar projects at over 100+  facilities. 

Having graduated from Virginia Tech’s engineering program and spent the early portion of his career in solar construction management, Rich now draws from both his academic and field experience to lead Madison’s solar engineering feasibility assessment and project development teams.
