Senior Associate, Construction and Operations
This role will work directly with internal team members, EPCs, Project Managers, O&M Providers, Utilities, and site hosts. The role will support the transition from Construction phase to the Asset Management team. This requires managing relationships particularly with third-party EPCs, MEI’s Project Managers, and Asset Management team. A strong technical background and familiarity with solar technology and battery storage is required, along with willingness to travel 1-2 weeks each month and will be based out of Tysons, VA. Senior Associate, Operations and Technology
This role will work directly with internal team members, EPCs, O&M Providers, Utilities, and site hosts. The role will manage existing O&M Contracts and contractors as well as negotiate ongoing maintenance and additional work. A strong technical background and familiarity with solar technology and battery storage is needed. This role will report directly to the Director of Asset Management. Paralegal (Contracts Manager)
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role at MEI coordinating and managing the company’s contract management and project diligence. The individual will be detailed oriented and responsible for the management, tracking, and documentation of all major contracts. This role will work directly with MEI, its partners, developers, outside counsel, lenders, investors, and regulatory bodies. This role will use form contracts, manage redlines, track changes, and provide execution copies upon deal review. Additional support will be provided to maintain project data rooms and typical corporate governance documents (e.g. LLCA’s, Formation Documents, Incumbency Certificates, NDAs, etc.) This role will report directly to the Office of the General Counsel and Managing Partners. Associate, Accounting (Revenue and Billing)
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role at MEI maintaining revenue, billing, and collection processes. The individual will be detail-oriented and responsible for the management and accuracy of multiple data sources. This role will work directly with internal team members in both Accounting and Asset Management, Utilities, customers, landowners and more.
