New York, NY – November 20, 2025 – Madison Energy Infrastructure (“Madison”) and EQT Real Estate today announced the completion of a rooftop solar project in Frederick, MD. The project, a 711-kilowatt rooftop array at an EQT Real Estate warehouse, is part of a growing pipeline of projects Madison is advancing in partnership with EQT Real Estate.

The new rooftop system creates value for EQT Real Estate in the form of reliable, long-term revenue while delivering affordable energy to businesses and households in the surrounding community.

Madison led the full development and delivery of the project, demonstrating the company’s ability to deploy clean energy infrastructure at scale and modernize the energy experience for a broad range of clients—from logistics and real estate owners like EQT Real Estate to K–12 schools, municipal customers, and many more.

This collaboration also demonstrates the connectivity within EQT’s platform, bringing together shared resources and expertise to advance sustainable infrastructure.

“This project is a prime example of our ecosystem in motion,” said Cameron Bard, Chief Revenue Officer at Madison Energy Infrastructure. “EQT Real Estate’s commitment to reliable, future-proof facilities gave us the perfect opportunity to deliver clean energy infrastructure that enhances resilience and delivers meaningful benefits for tenants and investors.”

“We’re excited to have our first project complete with Madison Energy Infrastructure, which we expect to be the first of many in the coming months and years,” said Matt Praske, Head of Sustainability at EQT Real Estate. “This partnership is critical to EQT Real Estate’s deployment of on-site renewables throughout our real estate portfolio at scale, helping to drive both sustainability and economic performance.”

Madison and EQT Real Estate celebrated the project’s completion with a ribbon cutting this fall. Pictured are Matt Praske (left), Head of Sustainability at EQT Real Estate, and John Cipollone (right), Senior Manager of Estimation & Supply Chain, touring the project.
