New York, NY — August 5, 2026 — Madison Energy Infrastructure ("Madison") today announced new enhancements to Madi, its AI-powered customer portal, making it easier for businesses and organizations to monitor, manage, and realize the value of clean energy infrastructure. Developed in collaboration with Salesforce and Stripe and informed by customer feedback, the latest updates deliver the tools, insights, and accessibility customers need to make faster, more informed energy decisions.

First launched at the 2025 MEI+ Summit, Madi now introduces several customer-equested capabilities designed to simplify how organizations manage their energy infrastructure, including:

  • AI-powered insights via Salesforce Agentforce, to provide immediate access to project information, portfolio performance, and support.
  • Enhanced performance dashboards with faster access to project data and reporting to enable intelligent decision making.
  • Streamlined e-billing and autopay, powered by Stripe, for a simpler, more efficient billing experience.
  • Actionable market updates delivered directly by the Madison team to help customers stay informed and identify new opportunities.

These enhancements create a single destination for customers to track project performance, access critical information, manage billing, and engage directly with the Madison team. By simplifying everyday interactions and providing greater transparency across their energy assets, Madi helps customers spend less time searching for information and more time making strategic decisions. The announcement also builds on Madison’s own AI site intelligence tools to deliver immediate project viability, design, and savings analysis for its customers.

“Our approach to embedding AI within every function of our business extends directly to the customer experience," said Cameron Bard, Chief Revenue Officer at Madison Energy Infrastructure. “With the latest evolution of Madi, we are reimagining our products and customer experiences to deliver better, faster, and higher impact results on behalf of our clients and partners."

Madison's latest Madi enhancements reflect the company's broader vision of pairing AI- powered digital tools with industry-leading clean energy infrastructure to create a more connected customer experience. Together, they strengthen Madison's clean energy ecosystem, giving organizations greater visibility, actionable insights, and a simpler way to modernize energy for industry and communities, where it matters most.
