New York, NY [October 2, 2019] – Madison Energy Investments (“MEI”) announced that Jenn Rist recently joined the company as VP of Operations and is tasked with overseeing activities related to asset delivery/management, EPC negotiations and contractual due diligence and compliance.
As the MEI portfolio continues to grow, it is crucial that we do so in a responsible manner while still allowing our partners to enjoy the speed they have grown accustomed to.
“Having worked alongside the partners from MEI for so many years in the solar space made this opportunity even more exciting for me,” stated Rist. “Jack, Steve and Rich created a team with the unique ability to be nimble and efficient while maintaining the highest quality standards. I’m looking forward to being a part of MEI’s growth and being able to directly contribute to its success.”
“Our team has worked with Jenn in a contracting capacity on dozens of projects and there is no doubt she’s at the top of the industry when it comes to execution certainty and quality,” said MEI Managing Partner Jack Hachmann. “Her experience spans dozens of markets and her familiarity with the team and our partners will prove valuable as we continue to grow.”
Jenn has spent nearly 6 years in the C&I industry managing the construction and delivery of over 175 MW of distributed energy as Principal of Nexus Consulting Team. Prior to that Jenn worked in operational roles with defense contractor L-3 Communications and was the Executive Director of the Northern Virginia chapter of Girls on the Run International, growing it into the largest council in the country.
