Madison Energy Investments (“MEI”) believes in the power of clean energy infrastructure and has quickly emerged as a preeminent developer, investor, asset owner, and operator of distributed generation. This role represents a critical next step in MEI’s evolution toward offering direct, end-to-end services to Fortune 500 corporates, public entities, nonprofits, and other private customers alike.
The Digital Director will be instrumental in driving future performance and delivering on MEI’s ambitions for accelerating organic growth by investing in people and achieving operational excellence, expanding into new and emerging technologies through M&A, and exploring new geographies. This position is best filled by a multi-disciplined, self-starter with excellent marketing and leadership skills. This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Create strategies and tactics for how data can be leveraged both passively and actively to create value.
Further develop and implement a clear and compelling digital strategy for MEI.
Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with MEI’s broader strategy.
Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.
Build, manage, and grow a digital-innovation ecosystem, both internal and external.
Identify new tools (AI, digital, CRM) that can support and enhance our current and future solutions.
Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent throughout the organization.
Ensure adoption and collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices among partners and colleagues to help establish a robust digital ecosystem.
What We Are Looking For:
Broad understanding of enterprise software landscape, and trends with deeper technical understanding in one or more areas.
Experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms in growing companies.
Proven leadership of successful cross-functional digital transformation projects.
Understanding of core business processes and their associated technical solutions.
An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.
Advanced degree in business, technology, or engineering.
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Location: Tysons Corner, VA
Compensation Range: $120,000 – $200,000
