Tysons Corner, Virginia — December 18, 2025 — Madison Energy Infrastructure announced today the final commissioning of its 38 MW solar project, Fairview Farms, located in Bel Air, Maryland. As the company’s largest project to date, Fairview Farms represents the breadth and flexibility of its signature MEI+ program and mission to modernize energy for industry and communities where it matters most.
Fairview Farms will help power the industrial customer’s Mid-Atlantic operations and deliver value from the project’s energy, capacity, and environmental attributes. At full operation, the project is expected to generate approximately 62,224 megawatt-hours annually, enough to power just shy of 6,000 U.S. households. The project’s construction supported approximately 125 jobs, driving local economic activity, and strengthening the regional workforce.
“Fairview Farms marks a major step forward in our ecosystem and demonstrates the magnitude and depth of our ability to tailor solutions to our customers’ needs,” said Richard Walsh, CEO of Madison Energy Infrastructure. “We deeply value our partnership and are proud to deliver long-term price stability and value with flexible clean energy infrastructure.”
